Red’s is looking for motivated and experienced line cooks who are looking for advancement and opportunity. We are open 7 days a week from 11:00 am – 11:00 pm. On Saturday’s and Sunday’s we open up at 8AM for breakfast.  Red’s has been open over four years and is a fast growing restaurant in southern New Hampshire. We recently opened up a function room and off premise catering service. We are looking to add talented cooks who want to grow with us as we continue to expand.

These positions offer medical, dental, and vacation pay benefits for full time employees.

Duties Include:

* Prepares hot and cold food items following standardized recipes.

* Breakfast cooking experience preferred
* Maintains appropriate prep of food levels
* Washes service ware and kitchen utensils.
* Receives and stores food

* Cleans the production areas as necessary.
* Recognizes and reports all necessary maintenance promptly.
* Assists the manager with maintaining food cost procedures.
* Fills in where needed to ensure efficient operations.
* Experienced in using a Grill, Broiler, Stove top, & Fryolators
* Other duties as assigned

1-3 years experience in the restaurant industry preferred
